HB-PEM
Perm Paper is the wet strength tissue used for hair perming, features high temperature resistance and strong toughness. This paper is thin for easy use of hair curling and setting, has good permeability to evenly distribute perm solution. Our paper is made one hundred percent from plant fibers, is fluorescence free, disposable but recyclable.
We provide customized perm paper for our customers, it is available in various sizes for beauty business; jumbo rolls, large sheets and retail sheets in bulk packing for manufacturers to carry out further production processes in their plants. We can do also retail packaging on personalized designs.

Our absorbent paper is made from pure wood pulp, have no fluorescent agent or hazardous chemical ingredients, and is not coated with any plastic materials; it is safe to use and friendly to environment. On both surfaces of this paper are un-stretchable fine crepes; for decreasing the adhesive force that the paper would stick onto wet surface of an object, and for enhancing a good absorption of liquids. This paper is pliable and not tear easily, can be used as absorbent paper for wet and oil, also as a wrapping paper for protection purpose.
