Puli Paper Company is a paper manufacturer from Taiwan, established in 1979 by Mr. Chang Ching-Hsiang, a veteran of the paper industry. At the beginning of the business, it is a paper mill mainly supplied the needs of the domestic market, with the continuous growth of business and the goal to bring our products globally, the mill changed its organization to Puli Paper Company Limited in 1982 and gradually developed the international market. By adhering to the founder's management concept "TO MAKE EVERY PIECE OF PAPER WHOLEHEARTEDLY", the company has served customers from more than 65 countries.

Puli Paper Company is a manufacturing plant equipped with a full range of paper production equipment, has the ability to carry out paper manufacturing, cutting, rewinding, printing, embossing and retail packaging production processes in its own production facilities. As a result, we are able to control the entire production process and quality management of products from raw materials to retail packaging, and we can also flexibly adjust the operating technology of products at each stage of production to meet the specific needs of customers, mobility allows us to provide customers with a wide range of customized products.

Puli Paper Company specializes in the production of specialty paper. The main products are customized base paper, floral tape, melamine overlay paper, crepe paper, tea bag paper, watermarked tissue paper, corrugated paper, papers for Chinese arts and so on. The main customers are manufacturers and wholesalers from flower art, melamine tableware and gift-wrapping industries.

In addition to improving our production technology and devoting ourselves to the development of new products, we are also constantly striving to improve our environmental protection performance to reduce the negative impacts of our business operations on the environment. To reduce air pollution, the company has replaced its oil-fired boiler with a highly efficient natural gas boiler, and changed the solvent-based printing process to a water-based system, in order to protect the sustainable use of natural resources, the pulp materials used in production come only from well-managed sources, and Puli Paper Company has been FSC certified since 2016.
